Our Universal Sensor Simulator (USSI) does exactly what it sounds like it does. It acts like a sensor would act when the sensor you need isn't available to connect to your control module, and its ruggedized design allows for safe transport to facilities anywhere in the world.
The USSI provides a sensor simulator interface for all subsea control system testing needs.
A single test unit is capable of simulating multiple digital or analog sensors using an adaptive and intuitive software graphical user interface.
The hardware interface can be transformed to match project requirements by simply reconfiguring software.

System Features
The USSI can be set up to connect with either High-speed or Low-speed fault-tolerant CAN for device emulation. Standard analog simulation is available for multiple simulated 4-20mA devices at the same time with ability to calibrate.
The software application interface allows for sensor or device behavior simulation with varying complexity to meet project needs.
The USSI includes user interface connections necessary to emulate sensors and devices for control system. If required, the USSI can be configured to simulate hardware faults during testing of subsea control system.
